Chief complaint:

• Foul smelling discharge around anal region – 9 months

• Irritating of the skin around anus – 9 months

Past medication /surgical history :-

•No blood pressure

•No diabetes

•I&D done for the same complaint 7 months ago  in civil hospital , Nakoder but problem still persist.

Family history :

No relevant family history.

Diagnosis :

Fistula in ano
